+ As you can expect, this movie’s theme is about stigma, being scared of whats different and what you don’t understand
+ And how much we value looks as a society
+ It says a lot about bullying too
+ How what you say or what you do, even how small they may be, can have a massive impact on someone
+ Jacob Tremblay as Auggie was fucking incredible
+ Completely empathised with his character and even feel like a protective parent over him
+ With more daydreams than JD from Scrubs #EEEeeeeaaagle
+ He’s right though, Halloween is THE best holiday
+ Which adds another layers because it is the only time of the year where he can just be himself and treated normally,
+ That’s sad as fuck 😦

– That fight scene at the end was fucking whack
– It’s like the Dorne parts in Game of Thrones
– So, I guess the lesson is violence is the way to make friends with the cool kids?

– Felt that was emotional overkill tho
– Oh my fucking days, Julian’s parents were real pieces of work

Anything else?

This film will warm the fuck out of your heart. He just wants to be a normal kid, man. Definitely a good film to let your kids watch if you’re a parent. It also just makes you appreciate what you have, you know? There are people people out there having plastic surgeries to look better than normal when some just want to look normal. Just don’t judge people by what they look like, yeah? *Looks back down on phone and carries on swiping on Tinder*
