What’s it about?

It’s basically about Wonder Woman receiving a crash course on how selfish, greedy and shitty we are as human beings.

Who’s in it?

A Gal named Gadot, Chris Pine, Mrs. Underwood and Lupin from the Harry Potter movies.

Why should I watch it?

+ Themyscira looked great, colourful AF
+ Mythology was explained well, how they fit in this universe
+ Gal Gadot killed it as Wonder Woman
+ An attractive person who defies orders in order to help other people
+ She’s innocent and naive about the real world, has a fish out of water kinda vibe
+ A fish that can also beat the shit out of you
+ Chris Pine was great as Steve Trevor
+ An attractive person who defies orders in order to help other people
+ Really adds humour in this movie
+ Has funny dick jokes and orgasm jokes weirdly enough
+ And makes jokes about how stupid sexism was
+ Actually enjoyed the chemistry between Pine and Gadot
+ Got fucking emotional by the end
+ Fight scene in no man’s land was incredible
+ When you see her in outfit for the first time, the theme song kicks in and she’s just being a fucking badass
+ Genuinely can’t stop humming that theme song
+ Just makes you feel powerful man
+ Lots of slooooooow moooooooo shots
+ Use of the lasso in action scenes was creative
+ Wonder Woman pulled off the Clark Kent look before Superman did
+ Message is a good one, don’t be a dick and just fucking love each other man
+ More deflections than an interview with Theresa May

Why shouldn’t I watch it?

– A superhero who carries a shield fighting a war against the Germans alongside a small unit consisting of misfit soldiers?
– I’m sure I’ve seen this movie before
– Some CGI scenes look whack
– Especially when she’s moving around
– Also, she thought she can kill the man baddie and expect the minions to fall?
– Where does she think she is? An Avengers movie?
– Bad guys are pretty weak
– Last fight scene was even weaker
– Bruce Wayne has big shoes to fill
– Above average to be precise
– Where’s the invisible jet tho? 😦

Anything else?

Oh my Zeus, that was a pretty good movie. Entertaining action, love interest that works and nice sprinkles of humour. The superhero movie the DCEU doesn’t deserve, but the one it needs right now. Go fucking see it. Can’t wait for Batgirl, Black Widow and Captain Marvel.
Also, had one of the worst screenings I’ve ever had. A bunch of kids ruining my viewing experience. Now I know how Theresa May feels.
